Surf Villa Hossegor

The villa is a 6 bedroomed over 4 floors with a large open-plan lounge-dining room with a terrace over looking the outside pool and awesome garden. There is the principle room with bathroom & private terrace on the same level as the upstairs loft area to chill. Next level we have 2 rooms (1 double and the other 2 single beds) and a large bathroom. Downstairs we have the lounge and dining table ,kitchen and 3 more rooms ( 2 double beds and 2 single beds) access to the upstairs terrace that then over looks the pool and garden. The villa has a pool , yoga studio and a surfboard room for the surfers. All equipment for yoga and surfing provided.

Well-set up for a large family stay and sleeps max 15 persons has 6 main bedrooms, with a full kitchen and 12 person family-sized dining area. The villa has a surf theme throughout the villa and all the rooms have a 'wow' for comfort and style. Along with a stylish and spacious master bedroom, there is attached a master bathroom with a soaking tub. The 3 other bathrooms are downstairs with shower for the kids. There is an additional loft that sleeps 2 single beds + single bedroom ideal for a nanny or au pair.

All bookings are from Saturday - Saturday. Check in is 3PM Checkout is 9AM. The villa is gated and has private parkings space for 5 cars surfboard room outside and yoga room outside. Inside the villa there is 2 stair ways that lead to the principle room and the downstairs level of the villa , lounge kitchen etc. There is a mezzanine level with stairs but no stair gate. The villa has a security alarm.

The residence has a surf school, yoga room and a gated pool for the kids. The garden is large and has a mini golf putting green in the far corner. Just a great family space with a living room large enough for wheeled toys. and social evenings with the friends. It’s a short walk from local playgrounds, flea markets, shops , skateparks and the Aquaparks for the kids. 500m to the beach access Le Penon plage. The villa has a kids sleeping room great for the yougsters afternoon naps and away from the noise.

Clean, light, modern and sophisticated. The villa is super comfortable and less is more. The Villa has being themed by surfers for surfers (really) and the comfort and ease of use at the villa is great for all. The rooms have surf photos on the walls and throughout the house photos taken from below the waves. First sight is WOW . Large sofa's in the lounge for the kids to relax or around the gated swimming pool with 8 wooden deck chairs with a 180 degree view of the forest.

Hossegor is normally the main attraction, but this central location in Seignosse Le Penon by the sea is really well located 500m from the beach. It is approximately 20 minutes from Biarittz airport. The villa is walking distance from all downtown flea markets, skateparks, pools and the blue flag beach. Down the road you’ll find the morning market , restaurants and child-friendly cafés.
